Our capabilities include:

Perfect Bind
We can perfect bind from 1/16" to 2" thick, up to 11" x 15". We are most competitive on quantities from 1 up to 5,000.

Folder-Gluer
We can fold and glue a variety of pockets from standard 9 x 12,1 or 2 pockets to custom 6 page folders, with vertical and horizontal pockets. A price list is available for standard pocket folders.

Collating
We can collate up to 60 sheets at a time. We can also collate and stitch, collate, stitch and fold.

Folding
We can do all types of folding, including gate folding and small folding down to 1/2". In addition, we can spot glue in-line on our folder.

Stitching
We can stitch all sizes from 3" x 6" up to 12" x 17" and up to 1/4" thick. Our stitcher has nine pockets plus a cover feeder.

Plastic Coil
We can automatically Plastic Coil bind from 1/8" thick up to 1-3/16". Plastic Coil is available in a wide variety of colors.

Wire-O
We can automatically Wire-o bind from 1/4" up to 1 1/4".book thickness.We also have a custom made feature on our punch to add a calendar hole in line!

Diecutting
We can diecut up to 29 1/8 x 41 3/4

Punching
We can automatically punch Wire-O, Plastic Coil, and GBC holes on sheets sized from 4" x 4" to 15" x 15" on our high speed punch. We can also punch smaller or larger sizes manually.

GBC
Available in a many colors. They can also be custom printed on the spine.

Drilling & Round Cornering
We can drill from 1 to 7 holes at once! Round cornering is available in the following radius:1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and a 45° angle cut.

Padding
We can pad from 1/8" up to 3".

Gluing
We can spot glue and paste bind in line on our folder.

Shrink Wrapping
We have two shrink wrap lines to keep up with your delivery needs.

Handwork
We can handle all kinds of handwork, fulfillment, and kitting projects.
